Delivery packaging

All products are carefully packed and generally go out in a postal box, however we may vary the packaging dependant on weight and value of the products purchased. The majority of our transit packaging can be recycled and has been trialled and tested.

All items dispatched are visually recorded. This provides us with an effective record of each individual order dispatched from the Royal Mint. This is held on file and checked should any delivery queries arise.

What if the delivery packaging is damaged?

If the item is wrong or damaged, you should not accept or sign for the delivery and you should instruct the courier initiate a damage report. We cannot accept any liability for loss once a package has been accepted by any person at the delivery address.
