Tracking my delivery
Stock availability and estimated delivery time will be provided on each product page on the website at the time of order. If we are unable to deliver your order within the timescales we will notify you and let you know of the revised delivery date. Please note if you ordered multiple items together, your order will only be shipped when all items are available. In this circumstance, please allow for the longest deliver date. Please allow additional time for overseas transit.
Whilst your order is being prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to track you order. Orders can be tracked by logging into your Royal Mint account and visiting the ‘my orders’ section.
Need to amend your delivery or if you have problem with your delivery? Please track your order via the dispatch email which should include all your delivery information. If there is a problem with your delivery please contact our friendly customer service team.
