I have worked at The Royal Mint for 25 years and in this time I have been fortunate to work in a number of departments across the business. I have had the privilege of heading our Account Management Service for a number of years and I am dedicated to providing the best possible experience to our customers. We offer the highest level of customer service, providing advice and guidance and building strong relationships that enable our customers to enhance their coin knowledge and personal collections. I am passionate about our business and the exceptional quality of coins that we produce.

I am a LLB Graduate in Law and Politics and I have been an Account Manager for the past five years here at The Royal Mint. I have a passion for coins with The Sovereign being my favourite coin, due to the enriched history and classic design. I enjoy providing a one-to-one service to my customers and building relationships with each of them.

I’ve had the pleasure of working for The Royal Mint for the past 17 years. During this time, I’ve been fortunate enough to work in both the currency and collector areas of the business. The history behind our coinage, both new and old, makes each day different and I still discover interesting facts each day. In recent years I’ve been very fortunate to manage a team who introduce customers to the variety of coins that are minted, assisting them with advice and guidance to help them on their journey of coin collecting.

I enjoy the interaction with my portfolio of customers; providing information on new launches of commemorative coins and being their point of contact for any enquiries they may have. I am passionate to provide a world class service for the world’s best mint.

I have 18 years of experience working at the Royal Mint. One of the favourite parts of my role is spending time getting to know our collectors and providing guidance on the many beautiful coins we release. I enjoy attending Royal Mint events showcasing our latest coins and talking about our 1100 year history. In my spare time I love to spend time with my family, am fond of the countryside and am also the secretary of a local horticultural show which keeps me busy.

I have been an Account Manager for almost 10 years across several different industries and sectors and the one thing that hasn’t changed is my passion to deliver world class service to my customers. I joined The Royal Mint in September 2021 and I am looking forward to the exciting journey of learning about The Royal Mint’s deep and rich history, so that I can help you manage and grow your collection to be the best it can be. Outside of work I am a massive sports fan and you can regularly find me being an armchair supporter watching the football or F1.

I am an experienced account manager who has worked in the numismatic industry for a number of years. I joined The Royal Mint in January 2020 and have been fortunate to work in the Mint Marque team, gaining an insight into our 1,100-year history and the impact of how coinage has shaped Britain. I have a passion for history and coinage in general, from hammered coins and Sovereigns through to modern coins. For me, The Royal Mint is the perfect place to work as I get to talk about coins and history to collectors that are as equally passionate as me. I have enjoyed building relationships with customers but more importantly providing them with expert knowledge of what coins could enhance their collections. I am looking forward to continually strengthening and enhancing my customers’ coin portfolios, managing their accounts as effectively as possible, and providing them with the Mint Marque service they are accustomed to.

I joined The Royal Mint in 2019 with more than 15 years of experience within the banking, relationship management and quality assurance sectors. I have been fortunate enough to have worked within the Historics department and the Mint Marque at The Royal Mint, and I have worked closely with The Royal Mint Museum, gaining a great insight into the 1,100 years of history that we have at our fingertips. With a passion for history and learning about the modern coins and historical coinage, The Royal Mint is my ideal place to work. I love building relationships with my customers, listening to why they collect coins, and I am excited to strengthen and grow existing relationships with them.

I have been working in The Royal Mint since 2016, formerly at Precious Metals division, managing key B2B accounts across the globe, then joined the Mint Marque Team to provide a dedicated one-to-one service to my clients. Throughout my career I have thoroughly enjoyed building great relationships with customers and helping them enhanced their collection. It is a pleasure to help my customers to identify the best products for them personally, and grow their collection to be the best it can be. Outside of work I am a busy Mum of 2, and in the little spare time that I get, I enjoy socialising with friends, being creative and watching Wales’ favourite sport – rugby with my son!
