The Royal Mint processes clean printed circuit boards. ‘Clean’ implies that they are no longer in their original equipment and are free of batteries and other contamination.

We’re currently working with many businesses throughout the UK, including AATFs, OEMs, local governments and retailers. If you are interested in working with us, please get in touch with our friendly team via pmr@royalmint.com

Individual visits can be arranged for volume feedstock partners, we also offer group tours to smaller suppliers. However, the tour cannot be accessed by the general public.

With the help of pioneering technology, we recover a multitude of materials found in printed circuit boards. These materials include gold, silver, palladium, copper, iron, steel, aluminium, capacitors and glass fibre.
