Gold Bullion
Bullion refers to a non-ferrous alloy that is refined to a high standard in both weight and purity. Due to its alloy count, bullion is a great option for investment.
People buy them for the intrinsic value of the precious metal they contain, so production places greater emphasis on efficiency. They are struck at a rate of up to 250 gold and 3,000 silver coins per hour and are of a similar standard to Brilliant Uncirculated coins.

Britannia’s shield bears the Union flag accented with tincture lines
A latent image changes from a padlock to Britannia’s famous trident
Surface animation brings the background of sparkling waves to life
The micro-text provides the coin with decoration and protection
Britannia is one of Britain’s most long-standing symbols, evolving from the time of Roman rule to become a representation of a modern, forward-looking nation. For 2025, this Britannia bullion coin blends Philip Nathan’s classical design of Britannia with innovative features to redefine security in the bullion market as one of the most visually secure coins in the world. Security features, such as the micro-text ‘DECUS ET TUTAMEN’ that borders the design and translates as ‘an ornament and a safeguard’, enhance Britannia’s strength and beauty in the design. In the lower left part of the design, below Britannia’s flowing gown, a latent design features a trident to represent her nautical history and as the viewer changes their perspective, the trident becomes a padlock, emphasising the coin’s high level of security. Using a technique called hexurity, the background reflects the movement of waves by incorporating surface animation, and tincture lines highlight fine details such as the Union flag on Britannia’s shield.
