Emperor Domitian, silver Denarius

This Silver Denarius of the Roman emperor Domitian (A.D. 81-96) was stuck in Rome about A.D. 81. The Obverse shows Domitian with laureate head facing right and the reverse shows a lighted altar surrounded by a garland.
