This George, Prince of Wales 1759 Bronze Medal was struck to commemorate George IV’s tenure as the Prince of Wales. Due to George III’s ill health, the Prince of Wales was given powers by parliament to rule as Prince Regent towards the end of his father’s reign. This bronze medal is in Extremely Fine condition.
