Delivery and Returns

In-stock items are despatched within 21 working days. If the product you would like to order is not in stock, we will endeavour to deliver your goods within 21 days of acceptance of your order. If we are unable to deliver your order within 21 days, you will be offered substitute goods if available and/or revised delivery date. At your option, you may accept the substitute goods or the revised delivery date. Alternatively, you may cancel your order in which case a full refund for the goods will be provided.

Delivery charges are determined by the delivery address of the customer. The following delivery charges apply to all UK orders:

• Order value £20 or under (Standard Delivery) - £3.00
• Order value £20.01 -£250 (Recorded Delivery) - £5.00
• Order value over £250 (Special Delivery) - £9.00

For international orders, the following charges apply to orders:

• Standard Delivery - £12.50

Where you are purchasing Products for delivery outside of the UK, you will be responsible for payment of any and all sales taxes and import duties or equivalent, in connection with the sale, importing and delivery of the Products, due and payable in the jurisdiction in which the Products are ordered and/or delivered.

If you require to return your item, we’re happy to offer you a refund or exchange, free of charge, provided the item or items are returned within 30 days of receipt.
